Scheduling Tools

Do you know how much time you could save by scheduling your content?

Getting organised for the week ahead by sitting down at the weekend or on a Monday for a couple of hours to create your content for the week will save you antagonising for an hour over that 1 post at 11pm every evening! (We’ve all been there!)

We all know at the end of the day you want that cuppa sitting on the sofa relaxing rather than stressing over the fact you haven't posted on your socials that day! So let’s take the stress out of it and set you up with a good social media scheduling routine so you never have to stress again!

There are so many great scheduling tools out there to help you. So use them!

Have a play around with some of them and see which ones fit you best! Some are free and the paid ones generally give you a free trial to try hook you, so explore them and see which one works best for you and your brand!

Some of my favourites (and ones I use regularly) are;

Creator Studio on Facebook

Creator Studio is free and it provides you with everything you need to post, manage, schedule and measure on Facebook and Instagram all through one dashboard – what’s not to love? As Facebook owns this platform it is more likely to improve your chances of getting seen. Third party apps are *supposed to restrict your organic reach as Facebook and Instagram want you to post organically on their sites. So using Creator Studio *should help with this!

Hootsuite

Hootsuite is a paid scheduling tool, with prices starting from £25 per month but they do offer a 30 day trial for you to check out the platform and see if it works for you. The main benefit of Hootsuite is that it lets you manage multiple platforms all in the one dashboard. It caters for 35 (Yes 35!!) social media platforms including the main ones Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Planoly

These apps are great for planning your content, storing your images and hashtags. You can also see how your content will look on your grid so you can make sure you are happy with the layout.

Take the stress out of your Social Media and plan your content in advance and see how much time it saves you!
